We have had a fun week celebrating our one year anniversary! On Thursday, August 15 we celebrated in the gym. Thank you to all who came in and supported us. Our raffle winner is Angela; congratulations!
On Saturday, August 17 we celebrated our anniversary with a free workout in the park at Heritage Community Park in Lakemoor. We had a steady flow of participants jumping into Brian and Ryan’s circuit workout. We played bags, tug of war, grilled, handed out t-shirts and had a great time. Our raffle winner is Cindy, congratulations! Our very own musician, Shannon, shared her musical talents with the event playing live acoustic music!
We cannot thank you all enough for your support this past year!
