Structure Your Gym Workouts
It can be easy to resort to cardio equipment and repeat the same workout time and again, but balance is key. Set up your week with some variety: cardio, strength, stretching, try a group exercise class. It is recommended that we each get 150-300 minutes of moderate intensity activity per week. Break it down into daily workouts and schedule them in your calendar!

Don’t Get Discouraged
Life happens. Don’t be hard on yourself if you have to skip a workout. Resilience is key – get right back on track the next day and you’ll be happy you did!
Track Your Progress
Fitness 120 has a 3D Body Scanner that provides measurements, body fat analysis, posture analysis and more. Plan to use our scanner monthly so you can adjust your workouts to meet your goals accordingly.
